My today’s guest is Cécile Raynor. Cécile is a writer, artist and Mind/Body Movement Expert with over 25 years experience teaching a modality called the Alexander Technique.
Along the way, Cécile created the Body Intelligence Activation Process which is her expression and an expansion of the Alexander Technique, enriched by her experience with Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Asanas Practice.
Cécile loves teaching about Postural Reflexes as a way to help you go beyond your intellect into trusting your Innate Body Wisdom .
She has experience working with children, parents and pregnant women, but the great majority of her practice consists of people with repetitive stress injuries such as neck, shoulder and back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, hip, knee or ankle pain, tension headaches, and breathing and voice problems.
