​Several months ago I found a local meetup devoted to the ideas of biohacking and health optimization. I liked the energy and the mission of this group, and very much enjoyed the topics discussed.
The main organizer is my today’s guest, Dasha Maximov. Dasha’s story and her own experiences ​serve as a foundation of her desire to find best practices and strategies to help in her own life. She is ​passionate about sharing them and learning from others. ​
Dasha ​describes herself as an observer, ponderer, uncomformer and a female biohacker.
​Currently Dasha is a Chief Operating Officer of The Health Optimisation Summit that will take place in England later this year.
Her own ability to ​explore ​different fields and concepts and connect with individuals serves her well.  Her group is ​working hard to bring together and unite the communities, greatest minds, knowledge, and data ​from different disciplines in health, medicine, nutrition and fitness worlds.
